ORDERING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following constitutes a legal agreement between a visitor ("you") and us with respect to our website service, the terms of which are set out below. You must be at least 18 years of age to agree to and enter into this Agreement on your own behalf and to register for use of this Site.

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed by email, social media message, over the phone or in person. Full payment is required at the point of ordering unless agreed with us. Orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice, orders for the weekend must be confirmed by Wednesday; orders for Mondays must be confirmed by noon on Friday. Last-minute orders are subject to stock availability.
Please check if you have selected the correct delivery time and date. The Food Pantry cannot take responsibility for errors made during the ordering process by the customer.

You will be provided with an order confirmation with an order number and a payment receipt all sent by email. Please check your junk mail folder as confirmations may be redirected there by your security software. Please check your copy of the order carefully and let us know if any items are incorrect.
 

CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you need to make changes to your order, no problem! But we may not be able to take late changes. You can amend your order from 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (our office hours) , Monday to Saturday, up to 48 hours before your delivery. Additional charges may apply.

DELIVERY OF AN ORDER

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete address, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. If for any reason no one is present to receive delivery of the products at the delivery address you have provided to us we will take the products back and retain the same for 24 hours during which time you may telephone our team on 07884 938535 to either arrange for personal collection or for delivery by us within 24 hours (subject to delivery availability) upon payment of a further delivery charge by credit card.The Food Pantry cannot take responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.

QUALITY & PRODUCT APPEARANCE 

The Food Pantry food is handmade, using fresh and natural ingredients. Therefore there may be slight variations in appearance from those shown in our publicity material. We reserve the right to replace unavailable components with those of equal or better quality.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Site and also to ensure that the colours on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual product. However, the colour of the actual product you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution

Our company policy states that all hot food needs to be consumed within two hours of leaving the oven. Cold food is to be consumed within four hours (if not refrigerated) once delivered to site. The Food Pantry will not be liable for food consumed after this time.

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

The Food Pantry makes every effort to accommodate the various dietary requirements of our customers and handles food allergies seriously. Every effort is made to instruct our staff regarding the potential severity of food allergies. Please be advised that our menu items may contain allergens, may have come in contact with items containing allergens, and there is always a risk of contamination or cross-contact. In addition, the potential does exist, that food manufacturers may change their formulation or manner of processing without our knowledge. We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutrition information. The ingredients and nutrition content of foods may vary due to changes in product formulation, recipe substitutions, portion size and other factors. Customers with concerns need to be aware of these risks. The Food Pantry will assume no liability for any adverse reactions that may occur.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We can only guarantee a full refund or change to your order if we receive your order cancellation instructions at least 72 hours (or 5 working days if your order is for a large/special product) before the delivery time. Any other cancellation refunds will be entirely at The Food Pantry discretion. Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective we cannot accept the return of any Products merely because you do not like the taste.

Should your order be damaged this should be reported immediately via email, live chat or by calling us on +44 7884 938535. Photographic evidence must be approved. Please note we are unable to accept returns.

 

PRICE CHANGES

The Food Pantry reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice, but guarantee that no price increase will apply to any confirmed paid orders made by a customer for delivery on a date after which a price increase has been made.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the standard of our service you should first speak to us. Any feedback must be received not more than 48 working hours following delivery of the order to +44 7884 938535. Alternatively, you can contact us via post, email or through our website.;
